At Vitalysse, we are committed to your skincare journey and offer a 30-day return policy for unused products in their original, sealed packaging. Due to the hygienic nature of derma rollers, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used.

Return Process

  Email our support team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your unused derma roller in its original box, ensuring the safety seal is intact, and include a printout of your authorization email.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send the package back to our quality control center for inspection.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our dermatological specialists verify the product's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
